What I expect of you


  • First of all – to enjoy this special journey of self-discovery and growth.
  • Come prepared to each session. The more you invest in your development, the more you will get from each session.  You will indicate how much information you have time for and regulate the workload.
  • Inform me if the pace of your journey is too fast or too slow…we can adjust that to suit you best
  • Always be completely honest to me and to yourself
  • Be willing to be stretched beyond your current comfort zone
  • To take full responsibility for your decisions taken as a result of the coaching
  • Please honour our appointments and switch off from the world around you during these sessions. (cancel 24 hours in advance as far as possible)
  • Contact me via email or Whattsapp in between appointments with discoveries you want to share or questions that pop up – there will be no extra cost for this
  • Understand that coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental or psychological help or substance abuse
