My journey towards a Gallup Global Strengths Coach started many decades ago, when I qualified as a music educationist. Although I could easily handle large groups of hundreds of learners, my passion was kindled to develop the particular skills of individual students.

In the meantime, I have lived in four countries (South Africa, Namibia, the UK and the Netherlands) and helped with many start-ups, including several specialist (and superspecialist) medical practices, an online shop and a church plant.

I came into contact with the Gallup Strengths as part of training for a church plant about 15 years ago. Recently, my interest in this empowering tool was revitalized.

Since I have started coaching with the Gallup Strengths, I have seen individuals and groups re-energized as they allow their natural talents and strengths to grow and blossom.
